Got my dress today. I want to wear it every day all day.

Yes I got a dress earlier…but the more I looked at it and thought about it the more I hated it and realized that it isn’t the one for me. But I’m mad about this dress and I can’t wait to wear it!

So I was browsing some wedding dresses today…

Ok, so I’ve been browsing dresses since I was about 12 years old. But now that I’m engaged I can seriously look at dresses and not dream about them! Ok I lied again, I still dream about them. But I have found the most beautiful dress that would be perfect for a winter wedding and has every detail I have ever required my wedding dress to have. So I started to read some reviews of the dress and almost all of them were really encouraging, even one fellow busty size 12 girl saying she looked great in the dress, but there was one review that just made me want to vomit. I would like to share it with you here…

“One of my favorite things about this dress is that it is not for everyone! I think you need the right body type for the dress and a particular sense of style (kinda minimalist/romantic bride). When I tried it on my consultant mentioned how everyone who tried this dress on just didn’t look right and the store hadn’t sold it. I knew that I wanted something simple and classic (I wanted my grandchildren to look back at my wedding pictures and just think my dress was timeless) and it was nice to find something with sleeves that was chic. When I stepped out of the dressing room, everyone trying on dresses/other consultants/other families stopped and told me how beautiful i looked in the dress and I saw 5 other brides try on the dress after me (but they hated it on). It is not a dress you see everyday, because it has sleeves.That being said I have a very small bust (which I think is key) and I am about a size 00-0, so I think that I had the right body type for this dress. I think someone who has more curves or a bigger bust might feel constricted in this dress (but who knows give it a shot).It is a very simple dress. It doesn’t have ruffles, bling, feathers, etc. But the lace detail is beautiful. It’s a “less is more dress.” It is a dress that I think melds with a bride and creates something beautiful. People see beautiful bride, and not just beautiful dress.I am getting married in Milan and this dress makes me feel like a chic old-world beauty!”
Really chick? Really??? I honestly feel like a girl posted this review just to make herself feel better about herself. Whatever, I’m still going to try it on since it’s basically my dream dress. Oh yeah I’m trying dresses on this Saturday!!! EEEEPPP!!!!!
