Our Official Christmas Together…last year he was in Kenya

Matt and I took our first round of engagement pics today. 

Our photographer/friend wants to take some pics of us in the winter too (I’m all for that). 

We had such a wonderful time with her and our pics are very pintrest/anthropologie themed. 

I’m so excited to see them! 

Ok this little thingy pissed me off for some reason. Maybe it’s the cold weather that has me all fiesty, or maybe it’s because I’m hungry there for I’m on edge. But ok this is stupid. Want to know why? Well probably not but I’ll tell you anyway.

• Ok I hate Romeo and Juliet. They were two stupid teens who were blinded by lust and thought the world would end if they couldn’t be together. So they killed themselves instead. Shakespeare didn’t write them as a love story, he wrote them as a warning.
• Haha oh don’t even get me started on Edward and Bella. Two of the weakest characters in all literature. Edward is an abusive vampire (ugh vampire really?) and Bella is a moronic nit wit who can’t think for herself. She is consumed with being just like her cold blooded lover, who is emotionally and mentally abusive.
• Funny that Jack and Rose are on here, I’m pretty sure my roomie and I had a conversation about them recently. Rose didn’t love Jack. If Rose loved Jack she would have moved the frick over on that dumb door. There was plenty of room for two of them. Rose didn’t love Jack, she loved getting it on with the handsome poor ruffian as an escape from her lonely existance with her rich husband.

Like I said, this thing pissed me off. Try to make a literary comparison to love? Want to use fictional characters to prove how strong love is? How about starting with stronger characters as a reference.
